1. Service provider and acceptance
TapNest is a digital services brand operated by Joyson Computers, a sole proprietorship. These Terms govern TapNest services provided and managed by Joyson Computers. Browsing the public website alone does not create a paid service contract. A paid engagement begins when a customer accepts an agreed plan, quote, invoice, order confirmation, statement of work, or other written or digital agreement.
2. Service scope
TapNest provides managed digital business profiles and related services. The exact features, deliverables, limits, responsibilities, timing, and term are those recorded in the applicable plan and any written quote, invoice, scope, or agreement. Google Business Profile management is additionally governed by the Google Business Profile Management Terms.
3. Plans, fees, taxes, and payment
A service may use a monthly, annual, fixed, project, trial, or other agreed term. Public prices are indicative unless identified as a final offer. Final fees, scope, renewal, and applicable taxes are confirmed in writing. GST is included or charged only where expressly stated in the applicable plan, quote, invoice, or agreement. Sales, onboarding, and payment are handled manually; TapNest does not operate an online checkout or automated subscription billing system.
4. Customer responsibilities
The customer must provide accurate, complete, and timely information; maintain lawful authority over submitted content and connected services; review requested approvals; protect account access; maintain current contact information; and use TapNest lawfully. Illegal, deceptive, abusive, infringing, malicious, unsafe, or misleading content and instructions are prohibited.
5. Customer content and licence
The customer retains ownership of content they submit or authorize. The customer grants Joyson Computers a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, copy, adapt for technical presentation, publish, and otherwise process that content only as reasonably needed to deliver, secure, and support the agreed TapNest service. The customer confirms that this use does not infringe another person's rights.
6. TapNest intellectual property
TapNest platform code, interfaces, workflows, documentation, original designs, and brand assets remain owned by or licensed to Joyson Computers. Except for the limited right to use the purchased service during the agreed term, no TapNest intellectual-property right is transferred to the customer.
7. Availability and changes
We use reasonable efforts to provide the agreed service, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. Maintenance, security work, internet or infrastructure failures, customer delay, force majeure, and independent-provider changes may affect availability. We may make proportionate technical or security changes that do not materially remove an agreed paid deliverable without an appropriate remedy.
8. Renewal, cancellation, expiry, and recovery
Renewal is manual unless a written agreement states otherwise. Cancellation normally prevents future renewal. Voluntary early cancellation does not normally create a pro-rata refund for the unused portion of an already-paid term. When a paid TapNest subscription expires, the public profile and related public service become unavailable. Eligible data may be retained privately during the configured 30-day recovery period, and renewal during that period restores availability under the renewed plan.
Refund eligibility and service remedies are explained in the Cancellation & Refund Policy. Retention and deletion are explained in the Privacy Policy.
9. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or suspend affected access where reasonably necessary for non-payment, security, unlawful or harmful use, material breach, infringement, or a legal requirement. Where practical and safe, we will give notice and a reasonable opportunity to correct the issue. Action should be proportionate to the risk. Either party may terminate according to the agreed scope and the applicable cancellation terms.
10. Third-party services
TapNest may link to or depend on independent services such as Google, WhatsApp, maps, social networks, video hosts, email, notification, hosting, or storage providers. Those services control their own products, policies, moderation, availability, and decisions. TapNest does not grant rights in, or guarantee the performance of, an independent service.
11. No business-results guarantee
TapNest does not guarantee rankings, visibility, verification, reinstatement, leads, calls, enquiries, traffic, appointments, sales, revenue, growth, or another commercial result. Examples, demos, estimates, and reports are informational and are not promises of future performance. See the Disclaimer for additional context.
12. Liability and mandatory rights
To the extent permitted by applicable law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when the agreement was made. Any liability limitation must be read with the actual paid scope and cannot exclude fraud, wilful misconduct, or any consumer or other statutory right that cannot lawfully be excluded. Customers remain responsible for business decisions, published content, and their use of third-party services.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any mandatory consumer forum, statutory remedy, or jurisdiction that cannot lawfully be excluded, courts and competent authorities in Pune, Maharashtra, India will have jurisdiction. Before formal proceedings, the parties should attempt in good faith to resolve the issue through support or the Grievance Redressal process.
14. Contact and changes
We may update these Terms for legal, security, operational, or service changes. The current date appears above; changes apply prospectively unless law or an agreed amendment requires otherwise.
