When included in the agreed service scope, performance updates and reporting may summarize available profile views, searches or search terms, calls, website clicks, direction requests, customer interactions, and review activity, together with work completed, observations, and recommended next actions. Available metrics vary by business and profile.
Can I cancel GBP management?
Yes. You may discontinue management while retaining ownership of your profile. TapNest will relinquish applicable management access within 7 business days after receiving a valid termination notice.
Can TapNest help if I already have a Google Business Profile?
Yes. With your express written or digital authorization and appropriate manager access, TapNest can audit the existing profile and recommend or make agreed improvements.
